Pam Williams, Public Image Co-chair, created this comprehensive overview of our Dexter visit.
The Dexter Hotel hosted Rotary for its first group event in their beautiful venue. Rotarians were offered tours of the simple yet elegant suites, which boast stellar views. Delicious food, catered by River Street Market, and beverages were enjoyed on the outside porch or in the air-conditioned social area of the Dexter. The new hotel was open for business and had 50% occupancy on the day of the gathering. Michael Sherman, Tessa Noble, and Amy Parker warmly welcomed the Rotary club, highlighting the features of the rooms, lounge, and bar area that serves light snacks and is open to the public.
