75th Rotary Life Leadership Conference

Shown here, the five students from the Elk Rapids area attended the 75th Rotary District 6290 Life Leadership Conference last week on the campus of Ferris State University. They were among 128 top-ranked students representing 24 Rotary Clubs in Michigan and Ontario, Canada. Emma McGuire, Mason Sayer, and former Elk Rapids conferee Coleman Schindler served as family leaders. Sayer provided tech support. This annual leadership conference has been sponsored jointly by the Rotary Clubs of International District 6290 since 1949. Norm Veliquette and Judy Brummeler visited as former officials of the conference.
